The catalyst for change
In 2018, Sophie James successfully launched a DTC wine club focused on organic, low invention wines with zero sugar or preservatives. Sophie James has focused on producing wines that are good for our environment, good for soil health, good for farmers and good for the consumer since the beginning of their journey.
In 2020, Studio Cultura was approached by Sophie James to discuss their digital marketing for their social channels. The brand was growing their membership year after year and the demand and need for a creative team was on the rise. Our recommendation was to create stronger branded campaigns and content by building a unique and tailored art direction in order to connect to their brand essence.
How we do it
The Studio Cultura team worked with Sophie James to determine how the brand essence would be translated into visuals. We strategically planned campaigns aligned with key wine release dates, marketing initiatives, and product launches such as the Sparking Rosé in 2020.
The narrative
We wanted to art direct an organic world where mother nature speaks for herself. This universe is lush with fruits, flowers and natural materials. A place where the consumer can connect with the natural world, indulge and take pleasure in a glass of wine without the guilt.
